I love my babies, of all ages and at all stages! But there’s something that I love just as much and feel truly privileged to be a witness to, it is the bond and love that joins two people, enough to decide to bring another little person into this world. Those hidden glances, the stolen kisses and that smile filled with such happiness and possibly a little reservation…because although I am in the room and they are in front of my camera, I often feel like the fly on the wall, the lucky one to witness love at it’s purest and they often forget I’m there! Drawn into a world of their own, filled with adoration for this tiny little being who has become their all and everything! The strongest bond that exists in this world, the one between child and parents.

During my wonderful visit to Melbourne in the beginning of October, I was lucky to meet some beautiful new friends along with some old ones too

Amanda and I spent the day together, photographing a newborn, talking shop and sharing our overwhelming passion for photography and what better way to end our time together, than capturing a few images of Amanda with her bubbly baby girl Sophie.
